Cognitive-Only Evaluations
A cognitive evaluation, depending
on the age of the student, involves
administration of either
- the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (Fourth
Edition)
or
- the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (Third Edition)
This battery typically takes
- two hours for early elementary age children and
- two-and-a-half hours for late elementary through college
age individuals.
